Workshop Overview

The Embodied Journey Workshop aims to facilitate healing, repatterning, and integration of ancestral, prenatal, birth, and attachment imprints within a safe and supportive environment. By addressing early relational and developmental wounds, participants can bring healing into their current relationships and overall life fulfillment.

Drawing from a blend of energetic body work, body-centered psychotherapy, Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, non-violent communication, focusing, somatic trauma resolution, internal family systems, and pre- and perinatal psychology, this workshop provides a nurturing relational holding field for deep work and personal growth.

The workshop involves a small group format, creating a safe emotional container for participants to engage in regressive work with mutual support. Each participant will explore their unique intentions over the weekend. Evening sessions are flexible, allowing time for rest and integration.

Location

Workshops are held nationwide in carefully selected spaces designed to be nurturing and supportive.

Schedule

Workshops begin on Friday evening with an introduction and a Q&A session. The main sessions take place on Saturday and Sunday, starting at 9 am. Due to the nature of the work and varying participant needs, exact finish times are flexible. Participants are encouraged to keep their evenings free to support integration.
